With an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Buckingham and a long work history in operations management, Jolene Zhang acts as the commercial foundation within IT Easysolution, in her role as CEO.
Jolene ensures that in the midst of our frantic creative cycle, projects are both viable and profitable. Acting as the voice of corporate development within a team of creative and tech professionals presents Jolene with a unique challenge. Keeping commercial focus whilst allowing our product delivery team to exercise their expertise to the limits. Having this kind of commercial governance overseeing the projects the company undertakes and delivers, helps keep it in shape financially, whilst making sure that the team has the space they need to improve and evolve the service they offer.
